All teams are based on a 15 - 18 player roster with 1 goaltender
We play 3 - 13 min. stop time periods ( except when mercy rule is in play )
We play a mix of USA hockey, NHL and common sense rules
All games are played on Sunday - times are 5:00 - 6:30 - 8:00 pm ( subject to change )
6 teams - all spot normally fill very fast & we do turn players away
"Blue line" iceing - this makes for a fun, fast paced game
RED line does not come in play
15 regular season games
2 playoff games possible ( if your team makes the playoff )
17 possible games
"ALPINE MEMORIAL CUP" - if you win, your name will be placed
on it
Estimated cost of the league each season is $260.00 - $265.00 pending ice cost
( there is a late fee of $50 so see reg. dates )

we do not provide hockey socks
The stats & league info are posted in the arena across from skate rental in the BAHA board ( when possible )
WEBSITE-
The fees you pay to play in the league only cover the cost of ICE - REF'S & JERSEYS the fees do
not cover the cost of the website and this site is updated as we have time, so please be patient and remember we have
jobs & kids like most people do and we don't get to leave after 1 game on Sunday night
we are at the rink every Sunday from 4:00 - 10:00 EVERY week during the season
The league is a non-checking league with an open skill level
We prefer that you have played league hockey in the past before you join

The home rink of B.A.H.A. is a new state of the art city run facility maintained by the city of PELHAM. It has
2 NHL size ice rinks with seating for 3500 on one rink, 8 locker rooms, and huge showers with plenty of hot
water. This is one of the top arenas in the south-if not the best.
We are the only adult "LEAGUE" in the Birmingham area, we are not a pick-up league or pick-up game. Paid league
Members only are allowed to play.
